Terms of Use

These terms apply to joq-al.com (“JOQ”) and the Headline Post Maker. By using the site you agree to them. JOQ is run by Nikola Resulaj. Contact: nikolaresulaj7@gmail.com.

1. The tool

The Headline Post Maker is free to use and needs no account. It runs in your browser. We may change, add or remove templates and features at any time.

2. Your photos, text and posts

You keep all rights to the photos, logos and text you use, and to the posts you make. JOQ claims no rights to them and does not receive copies of them. You may use the posts you make for any lawful purpose, including on commercial pages.

You are responsible for what you put in a post. You must have the rights to every photo, logo and piece of text you use, including photos loaded with “Start from a link”. Do not use the tool to make posts that:

  • break the law or someone else’s rights, including copyright and trademarks;
  • present false information as news, or are made to look like another organisation’s posts;
  • defame, harass or threaten anyone, or show private information about a person without their consent.

3. Start from a link

This feature reads the title and preview image that a web page publishes. It does not give you any rights to that page’s text or images; the owner of the page keeps them. The feature is limited to 30 requests per internet connection every 10 minutes. Do not use it to collect content in bulk or to send automated requests.

4. What you may not do

  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its link service.
  • Copy the site’s code, design or text to publish it elsewhere, except where a licence allows it.

5. The site’s own content

The site’s text, design, templates and code belong to JOQ. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the photos in the template examples are public-domain or CC0 photos from Wikimedia Commons, credited where they appear. The small “Made with JOQ” mark on posts is optional and can be switched off.

6. No warranty

The tool and the site are provided as they are. We try to keep them working and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or suited to a particular purpose. Platforms change their sizes and rules; check a post on the platform before relying on it.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, JOQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or the tool, or from posts made with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date at the top.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Albania. If you use JOQ as a consumer, this does not take away any protection the law of your own country gives you.
